About us
Welcome to Pixels and Pints. We started this group to create a space for people currently navigating UX design bootcamps or those who have recently finished one. Learning design is a marathon, not a sprint, and we believe it is much easier to stay motivated when you are not working through complex case studies or portfolio anxiety in total isolation.
Our meetups are low-key and informal. We usually pick a local spot to grab a drink, talk through what we are learning, and share honest feedback on each other's work. Whether you are stuck on a specific prototyping tool, trying to refine your research process, or just need to vent about the intensity of the curriculum, you are welcome here. We are not about polished presentations or networking for the sake of it; we are just a group of people helping each other cross the finish line.
