🌿 What is Laughter Yoga?
It’s a unique blend of laughter exercises, light movement, deep breathing, and childlike play. You don’t need jokes or flexibility — just a willingness to laugh freely and reconnect with joy.
✨ What to Expect:
- Warm welcome & Intro
- Gentle movement and clapping rhythms
- Fun and imaginative laughter exercises through storytelling
- Playful connection, music, and dance
- Closing gratitude circle and experience sharing
Each session is light-hearted, focused on joy and community connection.
