Tsa Lung Tibetan Yoga & Chakra Work

Breath, Energy and the Supreme Mind

Join us for a contemplative journey into the ancient practices of Tibetan Tsa Lung Yoga, conscious breathing and chakra work.

This gathering offers an opportunity to explore the relationship between breath, body, mind and awareness through gentle movements, breathing exercises, meditation and guided inner observation.

Drawing inspiration from Tibetan contemplative traditions, we will explore how working with the breath and the body’s subtle-energy system can support greater awareness, inner balance and a deeper connection with what we call the Supreme Mind: the luminous ground of awareness beyond the constant activity of ordinary thought.

What we will explore

  • Tsa Lung Tibetan Yoga: An introduction to traditional movements and breathing practices that work with the body’s subtle-energy system.
  • Conscious Breathwork: Guided breathing exercises to cultivate attention, calm and a more embodied awareness.
  • Chakra Work: A contemplative exploration of the body’s energy centres through breath, visualization and focused awareness.
  • The Supreme Mind: Meditation and self-inquiry to explore the relationship between thoughts, awareness and the deeper dimension of being.
  • Integration and Reflection: Time to sit quietly, share experiences and connect with others interested in meditation and contemplative practice.

Who is this gathering for?

Anyone interested in Tib contemplative traditions, yoga, meditation, breathwork, chakras or the exploration of consciousness. Beginners are welcome. No previous experience is necessary.

Come with an open mind, comfortable clothing and a willingness to explore your inner experience at your own pace.

Our intention: To create a respectful space for practice, discovery and shared inquiry, where ancient wisdom can become a living experience in everyday life.

Practical information

  • Wear comfortable clothing.
  • Bring a yoga mat or meditation cushion if you have one.
  • All breathing practices are optional. We will work gently, without forcing the breath, and offer alternatives when needed.

This is a contemplative and educational gathering, not a substitute for medical or psychological care.
