This night is an invitation to rethink the food industry through the farm-to-table movement launched by Dan Barber. Celebrated chef, dedicated farmer and food industry revolutionary Dan Barber is leading a fight to change the way we think about, and grow, our food.

Lettuce Grow is a platform which connects small scale farmers directly to SMEs and SMEs to consumers based on proximity. As a consumer you will be able to have full traceability of your products and find the near local shops near you which have them.
Re-Fresh transforms food waste such as surplus or bruised fruits and vegetables into jams, juices and preserves. We collect the fruits and vegetables from wholesalers, retailers and producers which we bring back to our kitchen where we empower disadvantaged communities and individuals to transform the fruits and vegetables into our products. Once we have our products we sell them on the b2b market as a sustainable product.
