Cultural Differences

Culture differences play a huge role in our teams. There’s a lot of researches proving that diversity in our teams increases the chance of success… but there are very little information and education about how diversity (gender, culture, personality) actually affects our daily job. To make use of diversity, we have to raise awareness in our teams!

During the presentation, we will mainly focus on cultural differences and how the culture that we grew in, affects:
our work style
the way we prefer to make relationships
or even how we perceive diversity
..many more!

.. of course, in addition to the necessary dose of theoretical knowledge, we will talk about practical examples. In my personal opinion, the best part of such presentation is a chance to talk and exchange personal stories and experiences - then, and only then we will get full value out of it.

Having said that, I sincerely hope that during the lecture we will have the opportunity to talk and learn a lot from each other.
