Self-management is challenging and every context is different. That鈥檚 why we want to invite you to support each other with personalized help!
You will have the opportunity to bring in your self-management challenge, and share experiences, lessons learned, and practices that might be useful for others.

Meetup structure:
- Explore common problems with self-management.
- Get personalized help and help others.
- Reflect on the self-management patterns we uncovered during the workshop.
Some examples of problems with self-managed teams:
- Difficult to set up, particularly if there is no previous experience in organisation of having self-managed teams.
- Difficulties interacting with other parts of the organisation because of their different working practices.
- Anxiety of individuals new to self-managed teams if they perceive that they may be given extra responsibility.
- Managers may feel that their role is threatened by having some responsibility taken away from them.
- Redundant communication because there is often no clear structure for communication, obtaining guidance, or making decisions.
- "Freeloaders".
- Lack of tolerance of errors and space for learning.
- Lack of trust both within the team and between the team and the managers.
