¡Bienvenid@ a la Matinal de pádel de los DOMINGOS! Toda la mañana jugando a pádel, partidos nivelados con descansos. A diferencia del formato pozo, nosotros organizamos los partidos según tu nivel. Las parejas irán rotando, pero si quieres puedes venir con un acompañante y jugar todos los partidos con pareja fija. Nivel **iniciación** (0,5 - 1), **medio-bajo** (1,5 - 2), **medio** (2,5 - 3) y **medio-alto** (3,5 - 4). **TODOS LOS PARTIDOS SE JUGARÁN AL MEJOR DE 7 JUEGOS (es decir, el primero que llegue a 4 juegos gana y finaliza el partido).** Al acabar el partido sube al punto de encuentro para recibir instrucciones del organizador. **Horario: Domingo de 10:00h a 14:00h**. Como no es un evento de plazas limitadas puedes venir mas tarde o marcharte antes, sino quieres jugar toda la mañana. **Precio de la actividad: 16€/persona** el mismo día del evento en el centro. * MÁXIMO DE PLAZO PARA CANCELAR LA ASISTENCIA AL EVENTO, SERÁ A LAS 10H DEL SÁBADO! Nueva 😃 Fantástica ruta costera por un tramo de la costa del Maresme desde Caldes d´Estrac a Sant Andreu de Llavaneres, donde pasaremos por el paseo de las casas coloniales de Caldetes, el paseo marítimo de S. Vicente de Montalt,el famoso puerto Balís.Todos al lado del mar con sus playas de arena fina.Acabaremos en el señorial pueblo de Sant Andreu de Llavaneres famoso por sus casas modernistas y masías.El cual visitaremos y también entraremos en una masía. Distancia: 8km aprox. Tiempo: 2h 30m (acabaremos sobre las 13.45h aprox). La propuesta de esta actividad es hacer una caminata dominical, recorriendo el espléndido parque que sigue el curso del Torrente de Vallparadís de Terrassa, hasta llegar al Castillo de los Recuerdos: construcción singular donde las haya, comenzada desde cero en la década de 1960 por el albañil y anticuario terrassenc Jacinto García Mas, *Cinto (1929- 2024).* El castillo de *Cinto* se sitúa por derecho propio en la misma órbita que arquitecturas como la Catedral de Justo, en Mejorada del Campo (Madrid), o el histórico palacio del cartero Cheval en Francia: palacio que fue celebrado por los artistas de su época - especialmente por los surrealistas- y que finalmente se popularizó a través de la película *"El Palacio ideal" (2018).* El recorrido es de unos 7 kilómetros, y transcurre por la zona natural del parque y por zonas urbanizadas. Iremos desde Barcelona a Terrassa en el tren de Renfe, y volveremos desde Les Fonts en los Ferrocarrils Catalans. La entrada a la zona accesible del castillo es gratuita.

Sortirem des de Roses per fer una preciosa ruta a peu seguint un **camí de ronda gairebé verge**, descobrint algunes de les cales més espectaculars del sud del parc natural: **Cala Lledó, Cala Murtra, Cala Rostella**, fins arribar a la mítica **Cala Montjoi**. Pel camí gaudirem de paisatges salvatges, penya-segats sobre el mar i aigües cristal·lines que conviden a fer una bona **banyada i una estona de relax**.
