Scala Enthusiasts UK Monthly Meeting

I'll make this meeting 1hour 30 as this will be the future pattern. We can cut it short if we run out of stuff to talk about.

I'm using Jitsi for the online meetings it has unlimited people it runs in a browser and requires no downloads nice and simple plus main benefit the URL doesn't need to change between meetings. I've kept the URL simple enough now to type if you need too.
