Meditation, the key to find yourself and obtain balance. But meditation isn’t about becoming a different person - apart from what everyone says. It is absolutely not about becoming a new person, or even a better person. It is about finally connecting with your true self. It’s about training in awareness and getting a healthy sense of perspective.

Al that you know about turn off your thoughts or feelings must be unlearnt. Here you will learn how to observe them without judgment. And eventually, you may start to better understand them as well. That is your inner voice.

Unfortunately, as any other skill, meditation requires learning and practice. Think of it like exercising a muscle that you’ve never really worked out before, that muscle is your brain. It takes consistent practice to get comfortable on "staying still". I mean it with "" because it is not really even about that. But I will tell you a secret, it’s usually easier if you have a teacher. We’ve got you covered there.

- Understand the true meaning of meditation
