I've seen firsthand how powerful the right tools can be. I started this group to create a space where you can learn and practice those skills together.

This is a community built around interactive, hands-on workshops where I share the most effective tools I've found for building resilience and fostering well-being. My goal is to help you build your own personal toolkit that you can rely on, day in and day out.
In our workshops, we'll dive into a range of topics, always with a focus on practical application:

Welcome to the Build On Your Strengths: Monthly Q&A Deep Dive, a live, interactive group session designed for our curious and committed community members.
This isn’t another lecture. It’s a conversation, the “after-party” to our workshops. Bring your real-world challenges, your “what if” questions, and your desire to turn ideas into action.
This is for you if:
- You’ve attended a workshop and found yourself wanting more.
- You’re the person who stays for the Q&A.
- You’ve tried applying concepts like self-compassion, managing trauma responses, or building sustainable self-care — and want support when it gets tricky.
- You want to learn not only from your own questions but from the experiences of others in a safe, supportive space.
How It Works:
- Short Themed Intro (10-15 mins): I'll kick off each session with a brief lesson on a relevant, high-interest topic that has come up in my workshops.
- Open Floor Q&A: The rest of the time is yours. You can submit questions in advance (using this form) or ask them live. Whether you want to ask your question directly or simply listen and learn from others, you are welcome. My goal is to provide thoughtful, in-depth answers that benefit everyone in the room.
