Connecting With Spirt Foundation Course LIVE!

I don't think there has been a better time than right now to bring peace and centeredness into our lives! I've been guided by spirit to bring back group instruction for this amazing 6-week foundation course designed to help you create a conscious awareness of the guidance you receive on a daily basis from your Spirit Guides, Angels, and Ascended Masters. There is such an energetic difference when we gather together in person and welcome in spirit!!

In a live classroom setting, learn how to make that all-important connection with your team of spiritual support and cultivate a satisfying meditation experience. Learn all the different signs of communication, techniques for energy management, meditation, and participate in guided meditations to meet one or more of your Spirit Guides.

You must commit to attending ALL sessions (or make up privately with me). Fun development exercises that will have you amazed at your own abilities!
