Hike at Rock Run - Approx. 5 -7 miles

WE WILL MEET AT THE LIBRARY PARKING LOT (all the way towards the back/next to the trail head).

I am planning for this to be a fast paced walk. We will do the loop at Rock Run and likely incorporate the trail on the other side of Black Road.

This access area to the Forest Preserve District of Will County's Rock Run Greenway provides a parking area, shelter, latrine, and access to a 3-mile, paved loop trail connection to Paul V. Nichols Access and the 16-mile Rock Run Trail /Joliet Junction Trail loop.

Please bring:
A good attitude
Decent walking /hiking shoes
Dress in comfortable layers and according to weather forecast
Drinking water and snack
