Digital & AI Business Transformation - Princeton/Plainsboro is a practitioner-led community for business, technology, transformation, AI, workforce, and leadership professionals who want to explore these changes together and, more importantly, understand what they mean in practice.

We believe digital and AI transformation begins with technology but quickly becomes business, human, and societal transformation. It is reshaping business and operating models, workforce and human capability, leadership and governance, and how people learn, decide, adapt, and interact. Our conversations therefore start with enterprise application while also exploring broader implications for consumers, communities, and society where relevant.

We also encourage thoughtful exploration of the broader human and societal implications of digital and AI technologies, while keeping enterprise relevance at the center of the community.

After a period of inactivity, the community is being relaunched and re-energized for the next era of business transformation. We look forward to reconnecting with existing members, welcoming new members and building an active community across the Princeton/Plainsboro and broader New Jersey area.
