## About The Trip

A number of the Western Ghats' highest peaks can be found in Kerala. Overall, there is a unique flavor to a hike across these mountains. The Banasura Hill Trek is an excellent example of a trek that you shouldn't miss. A legendary figure from Indian mythology, Banasura, inspired the hill's name. Situating at an intimidating 6,600 feet in elevation. Banasura is the second-highest mountain between the Nilgiris and the Himalayas, and it has a distinctive cone shape. Located in Wayanad, Banasura offers stunning views of Chembra Peak and Pakshipathalam.

## Brief Itinerary

Day 0

  • Pick up from Bangalore by 8:30 PM (approx)

Day 1

  • Reach Wayanad around 7:30 am ( approx )
  • Freshen Up & have Breakfast
  • Trek to Banasura Hills
  • Packed Lunch
  • Start descent
  • Reach Meenmutty Waterfalls during the trek
  • Reach back base and drive to the campsite
  • Dinner
  • Retire for the night

Day 2

  • Freshen up and Breakfast
  • Visit Banasura Sagar Dam
  • Spend time in different activities like zipline, boating, and more ( All activities are self-sponsored )
  • Have lunch ( self-sponsored )
  • Start your return journey and be back in Bangalore by 10:30 PM approx
