What we’re about
This is a group for anyone interested in meditation and Buddhism studies and application on daily life.
I started meditating in 2003 under the guidance of Master Shengyen at the Dharma Drum Buddhist Association. This early training grounded me in mindfulness and discipline. In 2019, I shifted my focus to practicing Shamatha Vipashyana (Stillness Visualization) through Nā Uyana Forest Monastery, which has further deepened my understanding and experience of meditation.
Over the years, meditation has profoundly enriched my life. It has provided me with a deep sense of inner peace, clarity, and resilience. This practice has become an essential part of my daily life, helping me navigate challenges with greater ease and maintaining balance amidst life’s complexities.
My passion for meditation has inspired me to share its benefits with others. I offer free meditation classes because I believe that the transformative power of meditation should be accessible to everyone. My classes focus on cultivating mindfulness, tranquility, and insight, drawing on the principles and techniques that have guided my own practice.
Whether you are new to meditation or have experience, my classes are designed to support your journey. I aim to create a welcoming and supportive environment where you can explore the practice at your own pace and discover its many benefits.
Meditation is more than just a practice for me; it’s a way of life. I am committed to helping others experience the profound peace and clarity that meditation can bring. I look forward to practicing together and supporting you on your path to inner peace.
