In this session, Vivek Acharya will introduce Agentic Engineering — the emerging discipline focused on designing, building, and operating AI agents that can function reliably in real-world systems.
Drawing from his upcoming book on Agentic Enterprise Strategy, Vivek will walk through practical patterns and 10 structured design deliverables that help teams move from idea to deployable agent systems.
We also have a special guest speaker from this month, Harsha Srijay (www.withlinc.com), who will also cover show how teams can move from fragmented, manual process discovery (workshops, spreadsheets, post-its) to a structured, AI-driven approach. You’ll see how raw inputs like Excel files, recordings, or live workflows can be transformed into clear SOPs, BPMN diagrams, and executive-level insights within minutes — enabling teams to surface gaps, identify automation opportunities, and build a prioritized transformation roadmap.
