Get together to discuss and/or eat whole food plant based foods. Share tips and recipes, have potlucks, eat out at plant based restaurants, or just walk and talk about healthy lifestyles. Plant based eating is beyond vegetarian and vegan by consuming no or minimal ultra processed foods. This group is open to all, you don't have to follow a plant based diet join, just have an interest in healthy eating.
