What we’re about
Snapshots from our previous events
Welcome to our Plant-Based/Vegan Cooking Group! We’re all about helping everyone add more plants to their meals. You don’t have to be vegan to join — but we’d love for you to be open-minded and curious about the art of vegan cooking!
🍽️ About our cooking event style
Our gatherings are small, in-person experiences where we cook, eat, and connect in a relaxed, introvert-friendly atmosphere.
Each workshop revolves around a creative theme — no strict recipes.
We explore ingredients, improvise together, and discover new flavors through spontaneous, hands-on cooking that’s fun, easy, and accessible for everyone.

Is the group organizer(Misaki) Vegan/Plant-based?
Yes — for over a decade.
My name is Misaki and I’m a plant-based/vegan certified nutritionist
originally from Japan.
I started this cooking group in July 2022 to make plant-based eating more accessible for everyone 🌍💕

👛 Why does it cost money to join cooking events?
While plant-based ingredients are generally affordable, they’re not free.
About $50 goes toward the cost of maintaining this Meetup(pro) group monthly.
The remaining amount helps partially cover the cost of ingredients.
Events costs will depend on the event.
It’s about 10Euro or less per person.
Please be ready to pay in cash at the event, as it’s the most affordable way for us to keep these gatherings accessible for everyone.
Q: What’s the motivation behind this vegan cooking meetup?
A: This meetup isn’t about selling anything .
My main motivation is to create a welcoming and safe space where anyone who is vegan or curious about the vegan food can come together, share, learn, and enjoy cooking. It’s about connection, and supporting compassionate choices
not needing a reason beyond kindness to practice compassion.
🙏NO-SHOW POLICY 🙏
No-show is very costly for me and make planning more difficult for the group. To keep things fair and sustainable, we unfortunately can’t keep members who has a no-show flag. Thank you for your understanding.
