Join us for a fun and interactive vegan cooking meetup centered around Vegan Lotus Bao🥟⛄️
Snowy days call for warm, comforting food and cooking together indoors.
We’ll use store-bought buns and focus on flavorful fillings and simple sides.

1 vegetable of your choice
1 any vegan ingredient of your choice
(Think of it like a self-serve bao bar: what would you like to put in your bao?)
Your ingredients can be used for the fillings, side dishes, or sauces
I will provide essential ingredients, including:
Store-bought vegan lotus bao buns(wheat based)
Some root vegetables,Asian soft tofu,
Basic seasonings, oil,sauces, flour, glutenous rice flour to get us started.
You don't have to wait outside, just ring the door bell 🔔
