- Everyone brings 2 vegetables that make you think of spring 🌸
- Together we create vegan meal inspired by Mediterranean spring flavors
- Think fresh herbs, roasted vegetables, simple grains, dips, and colorful small dishes
- Inspired by cuisines from Italy, Greece, Turkey, and beyond

🏡 What the organizer will provide 🏡
Basic and essential ingredients for Mediterranean-style vegan cooking, including:
Olive oil, rapeseed oil ,balsamic vinegar, a selection of carb options (such as bulgur, rice, pasta, or bread to choose from), legumes (canned beans ,some soy products), canned tomatoes, tomato paste, pepper paste,pickled olives, garlic, lemon, and a variety of Mediterranean-inspired dried spices and condiments

About the Host
Hi! I’m Misaki — a certified vegan/plant-based nutritionist.
I usually teach simple, healthy vegan cooking, but this time we’ll be improvising seasonal vegan dishes using the vegetables everyone brings.
I’m really looking forward to cooking and sharing ideas with you!
