😊Scenes from our last kitchen gathering 🌸
Calling all tempeh lovers! we’ll explore its incredible variety and transform it into creative vegan dishes together.
Please bring 1 of your favorite tempeh + 1 vegetable of your choice.
You may have noticed that Berlin now offers a wide variety of commercial tempeh made from different beans and pulses (soy, chickpeas, lentils, black beans, and more). Feel free to bring the one you’re curious about—or already love—and want to explore in cooking🔥

🥕 What we’ll do:
This is not a potluck. Each participant brings ingredients. and together we’ll cook, taste, and build a shared meal.
As the host, I’ll provide a variety of additional vegetables and carbohydrate options, basic spices, condiments ,olive oil, rapeseed oil and sesame oil.so we can mix, match, and create different combinations.

🏡 What the organizer will provide 🏡
A selection of ingredients to support our cooking, including:
Vegetables to choose from, carb options (grains or bread), tea, rapeseed oil, olive oil, garlic, onions, fresh herbs, soy yogurt, spices, condiments, and other essentials for vegan cooking.

⚠️ Important⚠️
Please do not bring homemade tempeh.
Tempeh is a fermented food, and for safety reasons (especially temperature control and hygiene during fermentation), we will only use commercially produced tempeh in this event.

Some ingredients may contain gluten,wheat, peanuts, soy (tempeh if often made with soy ), sesame, and nuts.
As we are cooking collaboratively, exact dishes cannot be confirmed in advance.

### 💚 About the Host

Hi! I’m Misaki — a certified vegan/plant-based nutritionist.
I teach simple and healthy vegan cooking and help people balance their diet. However, this event is not a cooking class. Instead, we’ll explore the versatility of different tempeh varieties through improvisation and shared creativity.
Looking forward to cooking and sharing this experience with you!
This event is limited to 6 people and hosted in my private kitchen.
