Walking + Vegan Dining - Essex County joint event at Brookdale Park

I'm very excited to partner with NJveg - Vegan Advocacy and Social Events Meetup Group for our first joint event. This will be a vigorous walk in Brookdale Park for approximately an hour and then we will go for lunch at local restaurant TBD. We’ll meet at the Upper Parking Lot on W Circuit Dr (GPS coordinates 40.834582, -74.190165 - enter the park from Bellevue Ave). Note - if entering the park from Watchung Ave, you can use the Brookdale Park E Circuit Dr Parking Lot (GPS coordinates 40.833961, -74.188380) and walk about 1/4 mile to the Upper Parking Lot.
Lunch will be at a local restaurant that is either entirely vegan, or serves a large selection of vegan meals. Please review NJveg’s restaurant trip guidelines, and note that only vegan food may be ordered at our table. Inclement weather date TBD.
