Vegan Brunch: Cooking Together (Low-SOS, GF)

I’m hosting a small, mellow vegan brunch where we’ll cook together and then sit down to eat. This is a calm, collaborative morning — not a class and not a buffet — just shared kitchen time, good food, and gentle conversation.
We’ll gather around 11:30 am (it’s okay to arrive a few minutes late). Smoothies and fresh juice will be available while we cook, and we’ll plan to sit down to eat around 12:30 pm, once everything is ready.
The menu will be vegan, low-fat, low-SOS, using organic ingredients as much as possible.
Menu:
• Ginger waffles
• Zesty tofu scramble
• Fresh citrusy salad
• No-bake hidden berry dessert squares
There will be a light Valentine’s vibe — cozy, warm, and unfussy.
🪑 Space is limited to 10 people to keep things relaxed.
