Plant Connection Meditation Class

Details

Join herbalist L. Leland as she guides meditations with flower and plant essences.

During this class we will sit with four different plants, write notes about our experience, and then share a few details with each other.

Essences are a vibrational and spiritual remedy that contain the energetic imprint of a plant, but no physical constituents. They work in a realm beyond science. We will have an introduction during the class that will explain in greater detail.

Bring a journal or paper and and something to write with. Wear comfy clothing.

You are welcome to join if you are skeptical, but please be respectful and open to possibilities.

Please be on time so meditations are not interrupted.

One note: While generally gentle and safe, please be aware that flower essences are preserved in brandy (alcohol.) We will only be taking a few drops of each essence, so any alcohol intake will be very small, but it still may not be appropriate for people who cannot have alcohol. Essences may be diluted in a cup of water if participants find that helpful.
