Join us for a special summer edition of the 3MBRACE Experiences.
This **Midsummer Gathering** is designed to help you recharge, reconnect, and embrace life more fully, while connecting with like-minded individuals in nature.

If you’ve tried to make changes and still feel stuck in some old patterns, this event offers you a different way forward.

**✨What to expect:**
Through a variety of mindful and embodied practices, we will hand you the tools – and experience – to soften the noise of your mind and listen more to the whispers of your heart.

We’ll journey into the inner dualities of being human: light and shadow, connection and confrontation, joy and sorrow, the spiritual and the material.

This isn’t an escape from life, but an opportunity to embrace all aspects of it.

**✨How we’ll do this:**
Over 3 hours – in a group of like-minded souls – you will be guided through a holistic experience that explores every part of being human – body, mind, heart, and soul:

🍄 Aided by **microdosing** to support a subtle shift in awareness
🧘‍♀️ We’ll ease into **stillness** with **meditation**
🧠 Use our minds to see that the shadow came from light, served you, and can now be released
👣 **Move** to the **music**, gradually building energy and letting the excitement grow,
🌞 All while connecting with the **heat** and vibrancy of **summer**.

Afterward, you have the opportunity to connect with those who are on a similar inner journey and mingle during a picnic in the forest.🌳

*\*To help us settle fully and minimize distractions, we’ll be using headsets throughout the session.*

**Join us if you are open to trying new approaches and tools for personal growth and healing, such as meditation, movement, and microdosing.**

**✨What to bring:**

* Something to sit/lie on (Yoga mat, blanket, etc.). Unless you want to sit on the grass.
* Water bottle
* Notebook & pen, if you want to take notes.
* Snacks for after the event.
* Comfortable clothes 🌞

**♚ Pasqual** is a leadership and personal development trainer/coach. With a compassionate yet uncompromising approach, he guides people to dissolve mental conditioning and uncover who they truly are.

**✨FAQ**
**Q: What if the weather is bad that day?**
**A:** It’s the Netherlands, so we can never be sure :) If it rains on the day of the event, we will reschedule.

**Q: Are there toilet facilities?**
**A:** If you don't count the forest…then no, unfortunately not.

**Q: What if I need to cancel?**
**A:** You can cancel up to one week before the event for a 50% refund. After that, we’re unable to offer refunds.

**Q: Do I need experience with microdosing or plant medicine?**
**A:** Not at all! Whether you're new or experienced, you're welcome. We’ll provide clear safety & responsible use guidelines beforehand, make sure to read those, and feel free to reach out if you want more information.
