During this magical weekend retreat you will be guided back to the ancient wisdom of your Truest Self and to that of Mother Earth.
Through breath, sound, meditation, and yoga, we will create space to authentically release our grip, go inward and allow deep healing to take place. All of which will culminate on the second night in a beautiful sacred plant medicine ceremony.
