A Community for Conscious Parenting, Integration, and Ancestral Wellness

Plant Parenthood Detroit is a heart-centered community space for parents, caregivers, birthworkers, and curious community members who are exploring the intersections of plant medicine, parenting, healing, and holistic wellness.

We gather to support one another through honest conversation, education, and intentional integration practices that help us show up more grounded, present, and connected — both for ourselves and the families we care for.

🌱
What We Do

  • Monthly Integration Circles

Safe, confidential spaces to process experiences with plant medicine, psychedelics, or other deep personal work — especially as it relates to parenting, caregiving, and life transitions.

  • Workshops & Community Learning

Topics may include mindful parenting, trauma-informed care, nervous system support, birthing and postpartum wellness, and ancestral practices for modern families.

  • Community Support & Connection

We uplift each other through shared stories, lived wisdom, and collective healing. Everyone brings something valuable to the circle.

🌾
Who This Group Is For

  • Parents, guardians, aunties, uncles, and community caregivers
  • Birthworkers, doulas, and perinatal professionals
  • Individuals interested in plant medicine in a harm-reduction, responsible, and culturally connected way
  • Anyone seeking grounded community while navigating personal growth

Our Approach

We are rooted in sacred reciprocity, safety, cultural humility, and community care. We do not provide or promote substances. Instead, we focus on integration, nervous system education, and grounded support so participants can walk their path with clarity and intention.
