Participants will learn how to decode the ingredients list and Nutrition Facts panel, and how to make more healthful choices, to treat and reverse diabetes, and enjoy a brief cooking demo and tasting of a simple, budget-friendly meal using affordable pantry staples.

Please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to the beginning of class.
