Kidney health is deeply tied to what we eat. As the organ tasked with filtering our blood, kidneys are susceptible to many challenges created by food and environmental toxins.

Join Plant Powered Metro New York for a live interview and Q&A with renal dietitian Lauren Budd Levy on protecting kidney health through plant-based nutrition. You’ll learn how food choices can support kidney disease prevention and treatment, with practical guidance you can use right away.

We’ll also share two cooking demos created by PPMNY for the National Kidney Foundation, highlighting kidney-friendly, plant-powered meals, with dietitian Marty Davey.

Come ready with questions on all things kidneys!
