Women's Health Q&A and Dinner

Details
Across our families and communities, women often put the needs of others ahead of their own while their own health quietly takes a backseat. But women's health is not just personal — it’s foundational to the well-being of us all.
Together with World Vegan Vision, Plant Powered Metro New York is honored to welcome back to the NY metro area Dr. Nitu Bajekal, a UK-based specialist in obstetrics and gynecology, for an insightful in-person talk on women’s health and well-being that blends compassion, science, and decades of medical wisdom.
Topics will include:
Perimenopause & Menopause
Cancer Awareness & Prevention
Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS)
Endometriosis and Menstrual Health
Fertility
Our program will be followed by a wholesome \plant-powered Indian dinner\ prepared by the Temple.
This event is open to everyone — not just women!
Early bird rate of $20 through June 15, then $30 until the day of the event.
Walk-in rate of $40.
