Led by fitness coach Kirk Charles and PPMNY nutrition educator Kristin Kabay, RD, RN, this interactive aerobic workout is designed to help you build strength, boost energy, and have fun at any fitness level — and offer nutrition guidance to fuel your movement.
After the workout, cool down and refresh your body with fresh plant-based smoothies or juices. Connect with your body, the plants, and others who care about living well and staying strong — no matter your age. Whether you’re looking to kick off a healthy habit or just have a good time, this event will get your body moving and your wellness flowing.
Kirk Charles is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and founder of Fit Beyond 40 who has promoted plant-based eating since 1989. Through his writing, training, and coaching, Kirk has educated and inspired his followers to be physically and mentally fit and to make the most of their later years.
Kristin Kabay is a registered dietitian and nurse who has spent over a decade promoting health through lifestyle medicine and a whole food, plant-based diet. Inspired by healthcare workers during the pandemic, Kristin earned a nursing degree and now works as a cardiac nurse at Mount Sinai, blending clinical care with nutrition expertise to offer holistic support.
