Join Plant Powered Metro New York for an evening of delicious food and community at The Fresh Beet, located along the Long Beach Boardwalk. Inspired by the rhythm of the coast and seasonal ingredients, The Fresh Beet offers a menu centered on fresh, nourishing foods in a relaxed beachside setting.
Our party will celebrate The Fresh Beet joining our Plant Powered Plates initiative and feature a special talk by Rakesh Bhargava, PPMNY volunteer and a leader in World Vegan Vision’s New York Chapter. Guests will also enjoy a three-course, whole food, plant-based meal prepared exclusively for our group, featuring:
- Thai Tide Salad paired with Green with Envy Juice
- Hash Plate with Tofu paired with Root Awakening Juice
- Mini Muffins paired with a Beetroot Lavender Latte
The fixed price of $45 includes your meal, drinks, and gratuity. Gluten-free options are available. All dishes are prepared with minimal oil and are low in added salt and sugar.
All reservations are requested by 12:00 PM on Friday, August 21. After this time, limited space may be available, and we may not be able to honor refund requests.
