Fermentation for Faster Cooking Workshop

Details

In this course, you’ll learn how to use fermentation strategically to speed up your cooking process. Together, we’ll dive into the basics of fermentation and create these delicious dishes:

  • Indian Dosa (savory pancakes made from lentils and rice)
  • Aromatic fermented red cabbage
  • Afghan tomato chutney
  • Potato masala

Fermented foods don’t just give you bold, long-lasting flavor — they also save you time in the kitchen, since they’re ready to use on the spot. This way, you can cook fast, eat healthy, and never compromise on taste.
All ingredients are organic — some even sourced from the best organic farms in Germany — and, of course, vegan. Please bring a jar with you; you’ll fill it up and take it home at the end of the workshop.
You’ll cook as part of a team, preparing dishes together. Along the way, you’ll learn from others, exchange ideas, and support each other. Look forward to an interactive experience where you’ll not only take home new knowledge but also delicious ferments for everyday use.
