Calling all cake lovers who want to get their vegan sweet fix in as healthy a way as possible. This delicious masterclass will cover all the vegan tricks you need to create your own everyday sweet treats including healthy versions of breakfast bakes, biscuits and cakes. You will learn how to replace eggs and dairy in traditional recipes and explore natural alternatives to refined sugar as well as experimenting with an exciting range of wholegrain flours and grains. You will get take home recipe sheets, with a glossary of ingredients to set up your own healthy baking pantry at home.

I'll be demonstrating key techniques, followed by lots of hands-on baking time. I'm limiting this class to 8 people and you will work in teams of 2 to create your bakes. A simple vegan lunch of soup and nibbles will be provided as part of the class.
