The movie, ”EATING YOU ALIVE”, is a comprehensive look into why we are so sick. It brings together evidence based science, expert testimony and inspirational stories of people who have reversed disease. Excerpts from the movie will be shown at the potluck, but you are encouraged to watch the film before the event! Discussion with PlantDiego leaders to follow.

Make your own Vegan Chirashi Sushi Bowl! A vegan chirashi bowl is simply sushi rice topped with shredded mushrooms, veggies, fruits, seaweed, sesame seeds, or whatever YOU like. PlantDiego will provide the sushi rice and 2 sauce choices. Participants will sign up for other various toppings.
