The Book Catapult proudly welcomes celebrated vegan chef & activist Miyoko Schinner for her latest cookbook, The Vegan Creamery: Plant-Based Cheese, Milk, Ice Cream, and More on Thursday, November 20 at 7pm. Miyoko will be in conversation with bestselling local vegan cookbook author & blogger Nisha Vora.
