Please join me in celebrating the Winter Solstice with a restorative Sound Bath!

We'll honor the return of the light by journeying inward and resting to the soothing sounds of the singing bowls, tuning forks, drum and chimes.

Relax and unwind as the healing vibrations of the sound instruments wash over you.

What better way to celebrate the Winter Solstice then by receiving!

Winter is all about going within and storing our energy till the longer days of sun start to return in the Spring and Summer. It is a very dream like time where we slow down and really connect to ourselves and our inner worlds.

Let's start the season off right with a restful journey inward.

The evening will start with a meditation and gentle movement.
Moving into the Sound Bath where you get to lay back and receive.
Ending the evening with a warm drink and light snacks.

What to Bring:

All props are provided at the studio.
Though you are more than welcome to bring your own pillow and blankets if you prefer.

Also, as a suggestion, you may want to bring any crsytals, feathers, jewelry, any special items with you to have a personal little altar by your side. Know that these items will hold the energy of the ceremony and you can take that energy home with you and keep it on your own altar if you like.

If you have never expereinced a sound bath before, no worries! It would be my honor to guide you and serve your soul through the healing frequencies of sound.

A sound bath is a therapeutic and meditative experience that uses various instruments, such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and drums, to bathe the participants in sound waves. Sound waves are set to different frequencies that correlate to different healing. For example, the singing bowls being used at this event are tuned to 432HZ. 432Hz, also known as the "miracle tone," is said to be in harmony with the natural vibrations of the universe. Helping to promote a sense of calmness, improve sleep quality, reduce stress and anxiety.
