It feels like the world has been extra on fire lately which is what inspired the theme for this months sound bath, Ground to Release.
This sound bath is designed to ground you into your body so the body can release what is ready to go.
Because true release can only happen when the body feels safe.
Through the healing vibrations of singing bowls and other healing instruments, your body will be gently guided into a state of restoration, allowing stress, tension, and emotional heaviness to soften and move.
So please join me for an evening of grounding, release and renewal.
