New year, new.... well, with a community like this, I'd say we're staying exactly as awesome as always!! 😁 And while AI is everywhere right now, this edition is all about Human Intelligence ('HI' 👋😉) - sharing real experiences, lessons learned, and hard-earned knowledge with one another.

This talk explores practical approaches to optimizing agentic workflows—from context management strategies that keep models focused, to architectural patterns like subagents and swarms that distribute cognitive load.
We'll examine the tradeoffs involved in different approaches, discuss where efficiency gains are real versus illusory, and address the security considerations that come with giving agents more autonomy.
