Navigating Platform Engineering Maturity: A Self-Guided Rating System

Details
Join us for an engaging session where we'll dive into a practical, self-guided rating system designed to help teams and organisations assess the maturity of their platform capabilities. Using a simple zero-to-three scale, we'll explore what each level means and how this tool can guide teams whether they're just starting out, feeling a bit stuck, or needing to kindly say "not now" to new requests. This rating system has been tried and tested on multiple organisations both locally and abroad and complements other well-established techniques in the industry. It's not just about measurement—it's about sequencing for maximum impact and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in platform engineering.
