Terraform Practices - the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly

Details

Hila will cover the good, the bad, and the ugly when it comes to Terraform, and show best practices for working with it, so you’ll ultimately have a go-to approach and a paved way for working with Terraform, and also hopefully make you think about the big picture and utilize Terraform in a broader context rather than just an “infrastructure as code" tool.

In this webinar, Hila will cover:

  • Quick wins - things to define and do with Terraform in a matter of minutes that will help you achieve great functionality, including versioning, tagging and remote state.

  • Second nature - things to think about in your day to day when working with Terraform, including modules usage, variables vs locals, remote execution and more.

  • Long haul - things to consider and plan ahead when working with Terraform, including code base structure and practices enforcement.

After a 30-35 minutes talk, there will be 15 minutes for Q&A. We’d like to encourage you to submit your questions in advance.
