Making the case for a developer portal at Wise
Wise recently decided to launch a developer portal based on Backstage as part of their Internal Developer Platform (IDP). In this webinar, Lambros will explain how product management methods such as value stream mapping and user testing helped the developer experience team at Wise to identify the need for a developer portal, scope the first version and validate its value.
In this webinar, Lambros will cover:
How to identify engineering friction and pain points based on user research such as engineering surveys and interviews
How to set the scope and priorities of the first product iterations to deliver value quickly and enable early feedback
How the developer experience team used a private alpha version of the developer portal to validate their hypotheses and value proposition
After a 30 minutes talk, there will be 15 minutes for Q&A. We’d like to encourage you to submit your questions in advance.
