A recipe for platform features adoption at Mastercard
Details
Within Mastercard, the Data & Services organization develops analytic enterprise software products. A robust platform supports 300+ developers building 15+ software products. In this webinar, Brian illustrates the platform team's approach to driving the adoption of platform features, such as their design system, by understanding and appealing to their customers' strategic priorities.
During this webinar, we’ll discuss:
- How the platform team used data to convert sceptics into advocates
- The two fundamentally different ways to pitch a project to a product team, and why one of them is significantly more likely to get buy-in
- Considerations when establishing phases or milestones for a platform feature being rolled out
After a 30-minute talk there’ll be a 15-minute Q&A, for which we encourage you to submit any questions in advance.
