200+ projects, one framework: How SiriusXM prioritized what really matters

Details

Are you in a platform team, drowning in hundreds of competing priorities? Eleanor Millman from SiriusXM reveals how her team built a quantitative framework that cuts through the noise, using developer insights and business drivers.

Join Eleanor Millman as she unveils SiriusXM's game-changing approach to platform prioritization that has successfully evaluated 200+ internal projects. In this session, you'll discover:

  • The 7 impact factors that quantify project value and how to weight them against business context and developer feedback
  • How to build a transparent, structured framework that eliminates prioritization ambiguity and drives cross-team alignment
  • Real-world lessons from implementing data-driven decisions across diverse engineering demands

After a 30-minute talk there’ll be a 15-minute Q&A, for which we encourage you to submit questions in advance.
A webinar recording and related materials will be shared with all attendees after the event.
