The Platform Clinic in the age of AI: Fix what's not working, identify new inve…
Details
Join Ajay Chankramath and Mallory Haigh for the first Platform Clinic of our virtual series, a working session on what's actually breaking on platforms in the age of AI. Bring a real problem. Leave with a clear read on where your platform gaps sit across adoption, value measurement, and AI readiness, plus practical next steps you can act on straight away.
The first in our virtual Platform Clinic series, a continuation of the in-person clinics run at PlatformCon London and NYC.
Most platform teams now have something in production, but they're facing patchy adoption, unclear ROI, or an AI mandate they're not confident the platform can support. This session works through those problems in the open, with peers facing the same thing.
We'll run three guided breakouts: what your team has built that nobody uses and why, how you'd prove platform ROI if your CTO asked tomorrow (with AI in the mix), and what breaks first when an AI mandate scales past the pilot. For platform leads, VPs and Directors of Engineering, and CTOs. Off the record, no recording, live discussion throughout.
