About us

Platform & Infrastructure Community Finland
A community for engineers and practitioners who build, scale, and operate the systems that everything else runs on.
We bring together platform engineers, infrastructure engineers, SREs and cloud architects for honest, technical conversations about what's actually working in the field.

Each meetup features talks and discussions spanning cloud/on-premise infrastructure, platform engineering, DevEx and IDPs, platform tooling and delivery pipelines, observability, reliability, and everything in between.
No vendor pitches. No slides padded with buzzwords. Just engineers talking shop over good food and drinks.
Who should come: Anyone who is interested in the topics above, we welcome both professionals and hobbyists.

Extending Platform Engineering to AI - Lauri Suomalainen & Mike Vainio

Mike is a Principal Platform & Cloud Architect at Teamit. He likes cars, beer, computers and of course Platform Engineering.

Lauri works as a head of Cloud Development at Teamit and also does consulting. Lauri enjoys removing friction from technology and processes, making IT organisations ever so slightly dysfunctional and efficient. Also metal music and rabbits. Those are cool too.
