Last week, I used AI as my ghostwriter to generate a small book called "How to build a pigpen". That book should explain with simplicity the AO Method (adaptive/agile organization method) using the agile animal farm game. The style should be inspired by J. Kotter's "My iceberg is melting".

Working concept:
A group of farm animals must redesign their pigpen after a storm destroys it. Each animal represents a common organizational role or mindset — the visionary rooster, the cautious cow, the practical pig, and the reflective goat. Guided by an unexpected newcomer — a sparrow who has seen “adaptive farms” elsewhere — they learn how to build not just a pigpen, but a smarter way of working together.
The reader learns the AO Method step by step, through story moments that mirror key phases:
• Sensing (diagnosing patterns in the farm’s dynamics)
• Patterning (testing new structures and roles)
• Adapting (creating coherence through iterative feedback)
• Reflecting (sustaining alignment through dialogue).

Your mission is to read the beta version of that book: here

The MeetUp will be to collect feedback and start a nice conversation.
