Social Badminton open to all abilities, ages and genders. Come and join us for a fun evening of Badminton. We have 4 courts; 2 x social courts and 2 x competitive courts for people who want more of a competitive game. Also, followed by an optional 5k run for anyone who fancies a bit more of a workout to kick off the week! All equipment is provided so just bring yourself, some water and vibes!

Badminton is played to 21 points (best of 3 games), with a point scored on every rally. The shuttle must be served diagonally, underhand, and below the waist.
