Calling all who are interested in hearing about meditation and breathing! The connection between the heart and mind. Learn a technique on how to move thru difficult times and remain centered.
To be transparent- this is a talk to encourage those who come, and want to learn techniques to help them maintain mindfulness behaviors in their everyday life. Guided meditation and simple techniques to use will be provided, as well as information on how to expand on what is talked about in the group.
