Join us for an empowering Playfight session! Whether you're a newcomer or an experienced participant, there’s something for everyone.
WHAT IS PLAYFIGHT? Playfight is body-based Connection - with yourself and with others - despite any adversity.
- "PLAY" stands for free-flowing, child-like Aliveness.
- "FIGHT" - non-violent and mindful - stands for tapping into your Inner Power and experimenting with your Boundaries.
- Our Playfight style is not about sensuality, sexuality or romance.
- Our Playfight is not about winning or losing, and it's not a martial arts class.
- Our Playfight practice involves movement and touch, but in a safe, friendly, and respectful way. We focus on trust and consent, creating an environment where it's okay to test each other boundaries - while still feeling supported.
WHAT TO EXPECT
- 18:00 - 18:15 Arrival

- 20:45 - End
- 21:00 - Doors close
No experience required: the session includes warm-up, ice-breakers & introduction.
